Ana

Meet Ana 🍋

Ana started teaching Yoga to deepen her knowledge. She specialises in Vinyasa, which allows her to be creative in her sequences and emphasize the role of breath. Ana also teaches Yin yoga, in which we allow ourselves to be in postures that can be uncomfortable. We learn how to deal with this discomfort consciously. At the end of the practice, before expressing our gratitude, there's a moment where Ana feels enveloped by a wonderful energy, a blend of satisfaction and gratitude. She is always grateful for the knowledge she gains from her students. Ana's personal moments of gratitude are when she sees her plants thriving and the sun setting with a glass of wine.
